Returns Policy

AR North America is committed to making customer satisfaction a priority, and we understand that sometimes it is necessary to exchange or return an item.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund (minus shipping costs), no questions asked. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Products may be subject to a restocking fee.

Conditions

  • Items returned must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and proof of purchase.
  • All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender.
  • AR North America is not responsible for any freight costs when product is returned.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be in “as new” conditions and boxed in the original packaging.
