Thank you for purchasing your ARXP USA electric pressure washer. ARXP USA is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning equipment and stands behind its products with a comprehensive warranty.

Warranty Coverage

ARXP USA warrants this product to the original retail purchaser only (non-transferable) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

  • Warranty Period:
    2 (Two) years from the original date of purchase

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects that existed at the time of sale and may develop under normal operating conditions during the warranty period.

At the discretion of ARXP USA, the warranty is limited to:

  • Repair or
  • Replacement of the defective product or component

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by the use of non-AR North America / non-ARXP USA accessories or replacement parts
  • Normal wear items, including but not limited to:
    • Seals or packings
    • O-rings
    • Valves
  • Commercial use, rental use, or income-producing applications
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow operating, care, or maintenance instructions outlined in the owner’s manual

Failure to operate or maintain the product in accordance with the instructions provided will void this warranty.

Warranty Claims & Product Inspection

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by ARXP USA or an authorized service partner.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  • If inspection is required, the customer is responsible for all freight costs, including proper packaging for return shipment
  • ARXP USA is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging

Warranty Returns (RMA Required)

Any product returned for warranty consideration must have:

  • A valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Proof of original purchase

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
